How it works

Quonkify uses read-only mailbox access to build a searchable index on your computer. It does not send, edit, or delete your email.

Quonkify indexes sender, recipients, subject, message text, and attachment names on your Windows PC.

Search locally, then open the original result in Gmail or Outlook when you find what you need.
Deliberately boring architecture
No mysterious cloud brain.
Your searchable mailbox index stays on your Windows computer. Quonkify does not send your indexed Gmail or Outlook message content to ZFire Media servers for search, advertising, or AI training.
Does Quonkify use AI?
No. Quonkify is a local email-search utility, not an AI assistant.
Can Quonkify send or delete email?
No. Its Gmail and Outlook integrations request read-only mailbox access.
Is the local search database encrypted?
Quonkify does not currently add application-level encryption to the local email index. Authentication tokens are stored separately using Windows user-level protection. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Limited testing
Not for sale quite yet.
Quonkify is currently being prepared for a limited Windows beta. We are finishing release signing, account-provider production approval, and the update path before opening public sales.
